Who we are

Volyat LLC (trading as Volyat, “we”, “us”) is a TikTok Shop partner agency that helps brands grow their TikTok Shop presence. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website and our services. You can reach us any time at saief@volyat.com.

Information we collect

• Information you give us, such as your name, email, company, and message when you contact us or enquire about our services.
• Information we process on behalf of the shops we manage, obtained through TikTok Shop with authorization, such as order, product, performance, and settlement data. We process this to provide our services to those shops.
• Basic website and usage information collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
• To analyze and improve TikTok Shop performance for the brands we manage.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and business.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors find and use this site, for example which pages lead people to book a call and which guides are worth writing next.

If your browser's time zone is in the UK, the EU or EEA, or Switzerland, Analytics runs only after you click Allow in the cookie banner. If you click No thanks or ignore the banner, it never loads and no analytics cookies are set. Everywhere else, Analytics is on by default and you can turn it off with the Cookie settings link. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a no wherever you are, and Analytics stays off unless you turn it on yourself in Cookie settings.

When it runs, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*, kept up to 13 months) and sends Google pseudonymous usage data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and where you came from. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We switch off Google signals and ad personalization, we use no advertising cookies, and we never sell this data.

We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it any time with the Cookie settings link below, or by clearing your browser storage for this site.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as cloud hosting and storage, and Google Analytics, as described under Cookies and analytics), with TikTok Shop as needed to deliver our services, and where required by law.

Where we store data

We store and process data using managed cloud services located in the United States.

Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You, or a shop we manage, may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, and we will act on valid requests promptly. At the end of a client relationship we delete the collected customer data in our possession within a reasonable period.

Security

We protect personal information with appropriate measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and multi-factor authentication.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its update date.
